Ready to Enroll?
Now that you’ve taken your school tour and are ready to apply for enrollment, follow these three steps to join us at FWSS!
Step 1: Submit your application
You will receive notification of admission 1-2 business days after we receive your student’s school records and your completed application. Click the link below to submit online:

Step 2: Complete enrollment
After your application is approved, you’ll receive an email invite to set up your account on our school management system, Brightwheel. Once you log into your Brightwheel account, you’ll need to complete all enrollment paperwork, upload required documents, and pay your child’s enrollment fee in order for your child to be fully enrolled.
Step 3: Complete training week
New students receive extra support from our Welcoming Committee during their first five days at school. During this time your child will get to know our school’s procedures and community norms in a supportive, friendly environment.
By the end of the week, students are typically ready to fully participate in school life, including voting on proposals, serving as a juror for the Judicial Compassion Committee, and much more.
